Many different people are either unable to or don't want to eat dairy products. For some it may be a health hazzard and for others it may be because they choose to resrict their diet, like vegans for example. They are missing out on going to an ice cream shop and getting a scoop with their friends.
Water ice, or better known as italian ice, a treat made from ice, and various fruity flavors.
The Ice House is a dessert shop that specializes in water ice, a treat made from ice, and various fruity flavors. They are a new shop that are trying to target people who want an alternative sweet treat.
The shop needs to stand out among many dessert shops, without alienating ice cream eaters. It is also important to the shop to provide a sustainable and environmentally friendly option, because there is so much waste in traditional sweet shops. The Ice House wants to create a sweet treat that will leave the customer feeling good in their minds and bodies.
It was important to make sure that customers could still identify that it was a dessert shop, so I had to balance that with the idea that it was the ICE house.
Ice House will be in cities that are traditionally much hotter. The building will be made of glass to create the illusion of it being made of ice. It will also be well condtioned to keep the customers cool when they would be otherwise be hot.
